May I take this opportunity to welcome you to our website and to introduce myself. I am delighted to be joining the school and the Trust, and I am genuinely excited to be part of the journey ahead for Ashtree and the community it serves.

With many years of experience across both Primary and Secondary education—and as a mother of three boys—I firmly believe that high-quality education is the key to providing young people with a promising and fulfilling future.

As we look ahead, our focus remains on ensuring an inclusive, supportive environment for all. Our three core values sit at the heart of everything we do. Courage, Care and Curiosity. We are extremely proud to be a true community school, and we work hard to make sure our approach is welcoming and open. I fully promote an open-door policy, and parents can expect to see me in and around the school on a daily basis.

Our children deserve the very best education, and it is my responsibility to ensure that this is what we deliver at Ashtree. We actively seek opportunities for children, the staff and parents to share their voices, and we commit to listening, reflecting, and acting upon what we hear.
